The Cartier Street Review is an ezine based out of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. There will be a few articles/essays that I wrote appearing in the review in the next little while. The zine is run by a right good fella named Bernard Alain, who is putting a lot of time into the site and the content is already looking very good.
