Lanna Design Exhibition
G'day,
Ernie here,
We're still (still!!) snorting out the shop page, evidently the improved software needs some serious nerd love to see the light at the end of the ethernet, so a couple more days (days!?!?!) fiddling are required.
In the meantime, please bear with the remedial ordering process in the shop and rest assured us faithful business-types will get your orders, amble on down to the post office and deliver them via mailman tag to your goddamn doorstep. Did we mention that X-mas is coming up?
The first two t-shirt designs mark a fresh beginning in a new direction for us here. Since there aren't any champagne bottles or cruiseliners handy, the christening of this new section will be performed via special pricing on the first round of shirts. Get 'em while they're still hot from the screen-presses.
The exhibition of the Lanna Style Design prototypes Dave designed had its grand opening at JJ market on friday. All went well I'd say (well, except the english in the catalogue. it's called proof-reading people!!), although Dave had me running around trying to find beer after the crew voiced enough disgust at the fact that there was no booze at the party. Strangely enough, there was none to be found in the vicinity and dry mouth- cactus tongues forced us to leave early, somewhere between the crossdressed traditional dancers and the crossdressed bee-bop falsetto singers.
once again, "in a few days" must be taken in jest as the photos of the furniture from the catalogue are loath to appear in cd form to add to the design gallery page.
"next week" they say...
till then,
Ernie V.
